Over 150 people attended the 2^nd Annual Respiratory Rally held July 11^th at the Marriot In Bloomington. Participants had the opportunity to learn about products from the 20 companies that had booths at the program. They also learned from our talented speakers. Presentations included Pulmonary Treatment Updates by pulmonologist Dr. Jeff Rubins; a panel discussion about How To Be A "Good" Patient featuring patient advocates Lois Chambers & Marty Lannon, caregiver advocate MaryLou Lannon, and respiratory therapists Jessica Oman, & Jennifer Schmidt. After lunch, members of the MSRC COPD Committee members Kris Mrosak, Natalie Nutting & Sommer Rian gave a presentation including demonstrations about Exercise for Pulmonary Patients. This was followed by the Ask the Doctor session with pulmonologist Dr. Richard Woellner. Our day concluded with an Oxygen Update by Bob McCoy.
